On a total of 210 m2 space you can live comfortably and explore the extraordinary sights of Vienna.

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Large vacation home near Vienna for up to 8 people

Relax with the whole family in "Haus Henk" Close to Vienna and close to many sights, this vacation home is located in the district of Korneuburg. Space for up to 8 people. Beautiful pool in the garden (only June-August). Sauna in the basement, large TV in the living room are available. On nice evenings you can also grill in the garden with the new 2024 Weber gas grill. A beautiful large garden invites you to relax. In bad weather, there is also a small living room available for 9 people.

Die Straßenbahn 31 ist ca. 20 m vom Haupteingang entfernt und bringt Sie zur • zur U6 (Floridsdorf) • zur U2 & U4 (Schottenring) Stammersdorf ist in ca. 25–30 Minuten mit den Öffis ins Stadtzentrum angebunden.

Welcome to our modern new building on the outskirts of town! The spacious house offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an extra toilet and plenty of space to feel good. Please note that a tourist tax of €2.60 per person per night is payable on site. The city is quickly accessible, ideal for families, couples or groups. If you need anything, just let us know – we'll be happy to take care of it. Perfect for comfort and proximity to the city! Parties are not allowed!

This beautiful and well-equipped holiday apartment offers plenty of space and comfort, free parking directly in front of our house, and a covered storage space for your (e-)bikes in the large garden. Location: Quiet and safe residential area, just a 10-minute walk to the Danube Island, and Vienna city centre is also quick and easy to get to. The bus stop is just a few steps from the house. By car, you can reach Vienna’s many attractions in 15–30 minutes.

The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.
