The special charm of this accommodation lies in many details, such as the original preserved wooden framework and the high-quality interior fittings. Our lovingly furnished apartment is located in the climatic health resort of Nieheim. In a quiet side street and yet central to shopping, the all-weather pool and the total of 130 km of hiking trails through the unique landscape, we invite you to linger. In the apartment, which is ideally suited for families, with a size of 75 square meters, a maximum of five people can stay at the same time. Non-commercial travelers over 14 years of age must pay a tourist tax of €1 per day.

The property is located in Billerbeck / Horn-Bad Meinberg in the district of Lippe. Walking and hiking opportunities can be found in our beautiful village on the Norderteich, as well as the nice restaurant "Zur Post". There are plenty of shopping opportunities for the daily needs (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, etc.)restaurants (including McDonalds) and leisure activities. We recommend a visit to the Externsteine (7 km), the Herrmanns Monument (15 km) or the Schieder Reservoir (12 km).

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
