Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Buhne vacation bungalow with fireplace in Boltenhagen

The bungalow is in a quiet location - it is only about 850 m to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach. It has a cozy living-kitchen area with fireplace, sitting area, smart TV, bedroom., shower/toilet, two terraces, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and car parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. In the former stable building, historical elements with contemporary design have been combined in a special way. Ostera shows the love for clear but warm simplicity, combined with a certain view of special details. We wanted to create a place where you can find balance and harmony everywhere. The crackling fireplace in the sleeping area creates special moments of togetherness.

Several shopping in Elmenhorst and Nienhagen – 5 min by car. The Baltic Sea Park Shopping Mall with IKEA can be reached in 15 minutes.

The sunny, light-flooded apartment "Scheunendiele" is located in a converted half-timbered barn with its own garden and sun terrace. Spacious 60 square meters, living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for 2-4 people. The dining area equipped for up to 4 people is next to the living area with a couch and armchairs and an additional reading corner by the fireplace. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

Vacation home "Alte Post"

Cozy apartment "Alte Post" Our apartment is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Börgerende-Rethwisch, a small village close to the beach (4 km). Our central location makes us an ideal base for excursions to Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn and Rostock. The car can be left behind, thanks to the connection to public transport. Upon arrival, a tourist tax will be charged, which is €2/person in the high season and €1/person in the low season. Fee per pet/night € 5

The holiday apartment in Heiligendamm is a 2-room apartment for up to 4 people. The 56 m² 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the house. Experience relaxing hours on the furnished north terrace. The apartment is divided into a living and dining area, kitchenette, bedroom and shower room and can accommodate up to 4 people for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. The beach and promenade are only about 50 meters away.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. It has a light-filled modern and stylishly furnished penthouse apartment with 2 balconies and a direct view of the lake. The 72m² apartment, completed in 2019, is located on the 2nd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200m from the beach.
