It has a large living room with direct access to a south-facing terrace and a large garden. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as a dormitory with 3 single beds to accommodate you as well as a meadow for your horses.

Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.
