Beautiful bright F3 apartment located on the second floor, offering all the required comforts in a quiet building located in the heart of the city and close to all shops, with free parking (blue zone). The SNCF train station is a 10-minute walk away. Tourist town offering a multitude of activities on the Loire, such as fishing, canoeing... You can also discover the legendary castles, vineyards and its immense forests, not to mention local products.

Apartment in the countryside

It is at the pavement of the Chateau de Mimont on the side of Mont that we offer an original apartment (independent entrance) with its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping pong, swimming ( attention closed pools: September to April not heated)
