Holiday rentals with a patio in Niš

A well appointed luxury apartment in a new building, clean, beautiful, homey, good views of the river and nature around. One of the best locations in Niš – close to the river, promenade and parks, and right next to the TC Delta Planet and Lidl. The big advantage is also the garage space, so there's no worry about finding parking. The building also owns a private park with a children's playground. The host was very friendly, helpful and flexible.

Very clean and modern apartment, right in the center of Niš. Very convenient for exploring the city. Luka is very responsive and super helpful. We had to park on the street, and Luka helped us with that from A to Z. If you plan to stay longer and will need a lot of space in the fridge, during our stay our fridge was full of drinks which host intends to upsell for the guests (there is a price list). Luckily, we did not need much space for our group, but for some people it might be an important information. During our stay the bathroom had issues with water not draining properly after the shower. So the ground was all wet and slippery, but I hope Luka will fix it soon. Overall, totally recommended!

The apartment was nice, a small house can be used for sleeping, the elderly uncle who delivered it was very friendly, we talked a lot, I recommend it to everyone

The hospitality of the host is amazing. We didn't have a common language, but we used a translation app to talk about a lot of things.I received a spacious and beautiful private room.I was happy to share not only the private room, but also the living room.The meal we had was also delicious.We really appreciated all the help we went up the nearby mountain.It was a wonderful three days.It would be a pleasure to see you again sometime.I would recommend this place to all travelers.Good luck!
