Transportation　 ・ 1-minute walk to the bus stop "Nakaodano". ・ You can get there in 10 minutes by bus from Takao Station on the Chuo Line. ・ 5 minutes by car from Hachioji Nishi Interchange on the Chuo Expressway. About an hour by car or train west from the city center. This is a private rental old private house with just one group at a time, located in the forest of the Akigawa Valley, which is the entrance to Chichibu Tama Kaito National Park, which extends from Tokyo to Saitama and Yamanashi. The interior is a mix of Nordic design and Japanese antiques. Some of the textiles incorporate the work of the "Maki Textile Studio", which is woven with hand-spun yarn. The site is about 3,000 square meters, including the village. The main house (91.57 ㎡), built in the early Meiji period, has a living room with a wood-burning stove, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower, and the separate bathroom (9.7 ㎡) has a wooden deck for getting out of the bath. Glamping tents are available for those who want to enjoy the outdoors. We lend a set of BBQ tools (free of charge), so you can glamp without bringing anything. At the "Coffee Roasting Hut" at the entrance, we hold latte art and coffee drip courses (reservation required). You can also purchase coffee beans. (The owner is a coffee barista who runs an old private house cafe in the city) A quiet location surrounded by the small flow of the Akigawa tributary, Fukazawa River, and the greenery of the forest. Tokyo Summer Land is a 17-minute drive away, and Akigawa River play and BBQ spots are within a 20-minute drive.There are also three day-use hot springs within a 20-minute drive, making it a convenient base for visiting Fussa and Yokota. This accommodation prioritises a clean and comfortable space.The entire house has been renovated for the opening, and the bed, kitchen and bathroom have been refurbished to ensure a comfortable stay.It also retains the warmth unique to an old house, with a wooden ceiling and soft lighting. Accommodates up to 8 people (approximately 100 m², free parking for 2 cars).There are three bedrooms with four beds and futons. For two families, the rooms can be split between the first and second floors.The kitchen is equipped with a full set of cooking utensils and tableware. One small dog is allowed.You can take your dog for a walk on a leash in the lawn area just a short walk away.
