Holiday rentals with a patio in Nisiros

We had a wonderful first holiday with our 9 month old son at Giorgos place. The apartment is well set up for little ones and great value for money. Its a 10 minute walk to the lovely Mastihari with its sandy beach, bars and really great restaurants. We had some of the freshest fish there! Transport was easy (we don't yet drive), with a bus stop in the town and a great cab service on hand. The apartment is well equipt with all we needed and more and we enjoyed using the garden in the evenings. Its the perfect spot to see the whole island, easy to locate and next to onw of the nicest small towns the island has to offer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we even did a boat trip one day. Giorgos was really kind, helpful and generous. Anything we needed, he would advise us really quickly and he even shared his own local honey and fresh eggs wit us! We had a wonderful time

I had a really wonderful stay at Dionisia. A perfect setting for me really as the location was ideal. Communication was brilliant from the host and I would definitely consider returning as I felt right at home here. A really natural feel to the place. Loved it!

Katerina has been an excellent host, always available. The accommodation is conveniently placed near the most beautiful beach in Kefalos, well furnished and equipped. I do recommend

What a fantastic place this is and couldn't fault anything about it. 5 mins walk to the beach/bars/shops/restaurants and has a great swimming pool with enough sunbeds for everyone and the sun shines on the balcony most of the day until it goes down in the evening. I'd definitely recommend this as a place to stay and I'd say you'd struggle to find anything better in Kardamena.

What a gem - location is stunning, apartment is very well furnished and maintained and the hosts go above the extra mile, they cooked us lunch/dinner for Easter when everything was closed. absolutely recommended, will come back for sure

Jiannis place is lovely, peaceful as it is a little away from the hassle and bustle, everything you could need and spotlessly clean

Apartment was very spacious and equipped. Location is perfect - with a car you are close to the beach and to the town, groceries and restaurants. Beautiful view from terrace on the old windmill and a sea. Kontessa is very friendly and helpfull.

Mark's place is fantastic. He is very responsive and always happy to help. He even welcomed me personally which was very much appreciated. The place is a bit further away from the city in a calm region. I hope to visit it again.

Great Apartment with ocean view and just steps away from the ocean, restaurants, cafes, bars and nice beaches. The apartment has a great big terrace with an amazing ocean view. Everything was clean and we did not miss anything. We recommend to go to the malibu beach club (just 800 m from the apartment) if you are looking for a small beach. The host was one of the friendliest we met the last years.

Everything was great. My stay at Nisuri Home was fantastic. It has an incredible terrace with nothing in front but the sea on the horizon. The location is perfect, the place itself is totally clean and very welcoming. The cottage also served as the perfect base for exploring the nearby out of this world active volcano and amazing beach of Pachia Ammos.

We enjoyed our stay at Katerina's place and would thoroughly recommend it. Katerina was a lovely host and cared about her guests welfare. We would definitely stay again. Happy customer.

I enjoyed my stay here. The home is clean and spacious. It was a great value for me, with all the essential amenities. The location overlooks a village and is above a café that buzzes with activity from around 7:30 a.m. to 10 or 11 p.m. daily. The locals are friendly, and many speak English; even if not, you’re likely to be invited for tea. Muhammed is a great host and I want to thank him for his patience with my many questions and changes to my reservation! Note: There are frequent power outages in the village. Most last only a few seconds or minutes but the one on my 10th day lasted 3.5 hours. Muhammed informed me of the outages in advance of my stay and alhamdullilah, there was no significant impact to my work. You can also use the power at the family beach restaurant if this happens. Mini-buses run ~7 or 8x/day. Thanks again for everything, Muhammed! :)

We had a pleasant stay in the house. The view and garden are superb, the hot tub is a real plus to enjoy the sunset… The island area where the house is located is one of the prettiest and makes it easy to radiate from all sides. Only point of vigilance, there is only one closed bedroom, the other 2 are in fact alcoves: one on the mezzanine and the other in the living room on the model of traditional Greek houses.

My husband and 2 boys came out to Greece to meet our daughter and granddaughter. We all came to the villa and could not fault anything. The boys loved playing chess. Enjoyed good BBQs in the garden. We could walk to Malibu beach in 20 mins which has a free pool and bar. Anytime we messaged the hosts they was quick to reply to our questions. Clean and spotless throughout. Granddaughter 4 months was comfy in the cot provided by hosts. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much we had an amazing week

Highly recommend! The stay was perfect all around. Anthoula and her family welcomed us incredibly warmly and provided us with many great tips for the area – you felt immediately welcome. The accommodation is tastefully furnished, well equipped and really leaves nothing to be desired. Particularly noteworthy is the nice communication and the excellent value for money. Would you like it a little more personal or casual?

Anna is really an excellent host, responds very quickly and is very helpful. I wasn't able to meet Anna in person unfortunately, but everything was perfect in her home as in the pictures. Anna had even taken the trouble to turn on the air conditioning for us in advance and to leave some groceries for us such as bread, cornflakes, milk, juice etc. All household items could be found in the apartment. There were games available themselves. The apartment was super neat and clean exactly as the pictures. Simply perfect. Too bad I only stayed one night.

After reading the fantastic reviews we had high expectations and it was even better! We had a fantastic time from check-in to checkout. Vasilis and Manolis received us personally, warmly with a tour of the beautiful stay, a fridge with treats provided by Nia. There was even a welcome gift, so thoughtful! The stay neat, cozy and everything was provided for a pleasant stay. We slept great there! Quiet, air conditioning and the mattress was great! The cozy terrace was perfect for eating meals. With mood lighting in the evening. But what really made this place very special was the warmth and kindness of the family. They even had a surprise for my husband's birthday. They were always available but also gave us space. The perfect place for those looking for peace, Greek hospitality a warm home feeling, good location among the locals. Wow! What a welcome. We requested an early check in which was agreed immediately and we arrived to find Akis waiting for us. The fridge had been filled with water, juice, bread, cheese & meats and there was coffee and tea and much more provided. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything you could need. Both spacious double bedrooms had quiet, efficient air conditioning units and a furnished balcony. The apartment is situated just behind the rather pricey Ikos resort. Kastri Island could be viewed from the balcony and the beach is a short 600m stroll away and next to some beautiful old church ruins, great for photos. There’s an abundance of great restaurants and bars within easy reach but the apartment is really peaceful. We were also allowed to use the pool in the apartments opposite which was a real bonus! We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would stay there again without hesitation.

filoxenia's place was really nice. Dimitris, who welcomed us and explained everything about the house, has also given us different information about beaches, places and restaurants, as well as being always available via wa for all kinds of information and always responsive. The house is ideal for 2 people, access is easy and there is ample space where you can park cars, scooters or bikes. We never used the kitchen but it was well tidy, clean and spacious. Bathroom maybe a little small, some shelf is missing to put things on, but still comfortable. Bedroom with access to the balcony as well as in the living room, it has a comfortable bed. Spacious balcony where you can relax and also relax for a moment drinking wine, which was a gift as a welcome, immersed in nature, you don't see and feel traffic. The only things you hear are the cicadas, birds, and chickens in the garden <3. You can get to downtown Kos in 8 minutes by car. Highly recommended.

Great choice for accommodation in Mandraki! Everything is accessible on foot and has plenty of food and drink options around! Quiet surroundings and neighborhood! What stands out for sure is its perfect terrace overlooking Panagia Spiliani!

We’ve stayed there for 6 days, the place looks good. Our host was very proactive and helpful, which was amazing…they even provide AirPort transfer, car and boat rentals.

The property is amazing place. Peaceful, relax, you can watch sunrise and you can hear cockerel sound in the morning:) Also sunset is amazing view! You can find everything in the flat. We were 5 people as family holiday. We loved loved. You will need a car to drive in Kos town. I would %100 recommend. The best!!!
