The Old Stone House was built when the island of Nisyros was under Italian occupation in the 19th century. Wonderful views to nearby islands and glimpses of Turkey. Set set in private gardens and a 15 minute walk down to the village of Mandraki. The uphill walk back is 10 min longer. A full bathroom, huge outdoor kitchen and small but refreshing pool. We are completely off grid. Solar power and solar hot water. For 2023 we have added a fabulous Glamping tent that sleeps 2. 20 m from the house

FURTHERMORE, A PATIO WITH AN OUTDOOR SHOWER. THE OUTDOOR AREA HAS A BEAUTIFUL TERRACE AND A LEVEL LOWER A COVERED DINING AREA.
