We had an absolutely brilliant stay. Location was so peaceful and very easy to find using the sat nav although Jon provided us with clear and detailed instructions as well. Accommodation has everything needed for a tranquil getaway and there are amazing walks right on the doorstep. As a host Jon was very responsive and proactive with recommendations without being intrusive. Would happily stay again 😁

Amy has a lovely cottage - great outside space, good sized rooms, well equipped with nice fixtures and fittings, handy parking with EV charging. The location was perfect for a long weekend, and it’s very handy having a nice pub and shop in walking distance. Really wonderful stay - would definitely come back again!

We had an amazing stay at The Boathouse, in such a tranquil spot & such a cute garden area. The description is very accurate but it has to be seen to be believed! Susan has gone above & beyond to make it so cosy, such lovely decor & fittings, very thoughtfully done. She went the extra mile with the treats she left, along with usual tea & coffee etc. Also she gave us great recommendations for trips & eateries, the local pub is lovely & only a 5 minute walk. Can’t wait to come back & stay again. Thank you so much for your generous hospitality Susan, it made our stay absolutely perfect.

This place is really thoughtfully set-out. There's everything you need and the hosts have gone above and beyond to lay out clear instructions for everything you might need. The bed was comfy and we really enjoyed staying there. We didn't have a car, but were there for an event hosted right next to it - there's not a lot you can easily walk to, so if you're there for a weekend, you might want to bring / hire a car. However, there's a great pub super close by which also does breakfast and has a great playground for kids. Ideal if you're going to do lots of walks / hikes.
