Luce - stone house decorated with a lot of details

House Luce is a beautiful Mediterranean stone house completely renovated a couple of years ago with a lot of love and attention. The owner paid attention to every detail and the house exudes tradition, creativity and a pleasant atmosphere. It is located in a quiet location but close to everything. It spreads over two floors and can accommodate up to 4 people. In front of the house guests can enjoy on the terrace with a pergola and garden furniture. Private parking is 100 m from the house.

Villa Albina is located in a quiet rural area in Skrpčići on the island of Krk. Unique, renovated in a way that retains its authenticity, with many rustic details. The house offers a very romantic, warm and pleasant atmosphere. This accommodation is ideal if you want to spend a vacation in a natural and relaxing environment. House Lavanda is ideal for family holidays. It is situated not far from the beach (150 m) in a quiet area. A grocery, a bakery, a fruit shop, a pharmacy and a post office are 6-7 min walk from the house. The house is completely equipped in shabby chick style. There is a brick barbeque as well as an outside dining table and a small garden. One parking lot is included into the price (another one with extra payment). It is a two storey house, so be careful with small kids (up to 2 yrs).

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Studio In a Stone House With Garden

Ideal for young people who do not want to spend a lot of money for accomodation an are not too demanding. Due to thick stone walls, the studio is always fresh. You will enjoy the view from the garden situated next to the house, 20 meters from the studio. Door windows, not classical windows, might be an issue for some people, if so, book another property of mine.
