It takes a couple of minutes drive or boat ride to reach town center with all the shops, cozy cafes, restaurants and a long promenade by the beach. Two inernational airports are both located only 25 km away ( Dubrovnik in Croatia, and Tivat in Montenegro). UNESCO sites ( Kotor old town, Perast and the islands, as well as Dubrovnik) can be reached by car less then an hour

Several beautiful and unspoiled beaches nearby. Perfect for discovering both Montenegro and Croatia as the border is only a few hundred meters away. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and families. The balcony offers amazing views of the whole bay and the property owns a private beach with sunbeds hidden down the multiple stairs to the coastline. The stairs will be a small challenge but we promise it is worth it!
