A simple and authentic place, very quiet and soothing in a preserved nature of 9 hectares with a view of the Garonne valley and the forest canopy. MONSEGUR 'BASTIDE' *Heated pool*

Our house is a beautiful 18th century stone building, completely renovated. Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.

You will stay in a part of my primary residence. Independent entrance. The property is an old tile factory, hence the name I gave it "Aux Vieux Fours". My 5Ha property is a green setting, where you can relax and rest. If you're just passing through, you'll appreciate the proximity to the A62/A65 highway.
