Why not drop your bags with us during a champagne getaway! Our house with garden is nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar in a Champagne village crossed by the Seine, awarded 4 flowers. Amenities: butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle charging station, bread delivery 2 km (Gyé/Seine). Multisport field and children's games 300 m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir Museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland, lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linen included. Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the house.

Alternatively venture out and discover UNESCO sites, hilltop villages, medieval towns and the lakes and trails of the Morvan Park.

This triplex apartment typical of half-timbered houses has been completely renovated (VALENTIN Workshops) and it is with passion that I have completely furnished and decorated it. Welcome to Villa Germaine, a house with a direct view of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I have renovated with a view to welcoming you for a Burgundy getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be keen to make you have a very pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful bottoms in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Charming village house, completely renovated. We wanted to preserve the soul and authentic charm of this house by combining it with all modern comforts. A 2-step walk from the center and a 10-minute walk to the lake, our DienVilla will offer you all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay and to discover all the riches of our region. A little nod and pun about the name we chose for our house. In 864 the village of Dienville was called Dienvilla!!

This perfectly located accommodation offers easy access to all the sites and amenities in downtown Montbard close to shops (cinema, bakery, butcher, restaurant, tobacco press office, bookstore, bar, supermarket open 7 days a week…) and 5 minutes from the train station. you can safely park a bike or motorcycle in the enclosure of the accommodation's courtyard. Enjoy elegant and comfortable accommodation with a small terrace area.
