Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Parisian favorite 15 minutes from Paris /45mnDisney

This stylish accommodation is perfect for groups or families. The apartment has wooden floors and a fireplace inside (renovated in 2022). The building is residential and quite (do not make noise). It's located in the 2nd floor of the building. There is no elevator. The apartment is quiet and bright. Only 15 minutes by RER E from the Opéra station. It is also located 40 minutes from Disneyland Paris via the Val de Fontenay station. Be carefull a camera at the entrance only.

Cozy studio of 22 m2, close to suburbs, recent building, cosmopolitan city. Ground floor on street. RER E and Tram 1 500 m/7 min walk. 11 min by train to Gare du Nord and 15 min from Gare Saint Lazare. Accommodation 2 min from the main street (Carrefour Market, Picard, pharmacies, bakery, library, conservatory, popular market in the morning). Furniture and bedding 140x190. Keep it simple at this peaceful, spacious and centrally-located place. Very bright top floor duplex with parking in a new landscaped residence. All the comforts of home, flowery terrace. Independent bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen open to the living room, laundry room. Free parking in the building. 5-minute walk to metro line 11, 18 minutes to central Paris, 20 minutes to CDG. Close to the historic center, market, shops, legendary Le Trianon cinema.

Pantin: beautiful small duplex of 30 m2

This accommodation has a resolutely unique style, 30 m2 duplex, very well equipped (fridge, microwave, washing machine, espresso machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board…) 3 beds (140 cm double bed + 1-seater sofa bed) ideal for couple with 1 child (6+ years old) or 3 friends. Very well located and well connected (near the Ourcq canal, between 2 metro stations on line 5, bus line 61, Velib station) and close to shops (Franprix, restaurants, bakery, etc.)

Welcome to my elegant 27 m2 studio. Bright, in a quiet building, its space is optimized to offer a dining area, large desk, storage, seating area and comfortable double bed. 2 steps from the "Romainville-Carnot" metro station line 11 which takes you to the center of Paris (Châtelet, Beaubourg, Arts et Métiers, etc.) in 15 minutes.
