The cozy chalet in the spa resort of Wienacht-Tobel, high above Lake Constance, invites you to relax and unwind. It's situated in a peaceful setting and offers a breathtaking view of the lake. The region is a paradise for nature and sports enthusiasts: numerous hiking, cycling, and swimming opportunities await, as well as nearby ski lifts and toboggan runs. In the neighboring towns of Rorschach, Heiden, and St. Gallen, you'll find a variety of shopping options and restaurants to suit all tastes.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. It is modern and comfortably furnished: elegant bathroom in black and brass, white lime plaster walls, heated design concrete floor, many windows, direct access to the garden. The light-flooded room, the tranquility and the garden invite you to relax. The views of hills and Alps make you want to hike & bike. The train station and village square with restaurants and a shop are just a few steps (4 min.) away.

Relaxation in the countryside and the city

Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. Living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snack bar, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Holiday cottage on the sunny slope with beautiful views. After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, it is about 100 m on foot relatively steep up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.

Our house is located on the edge of the village center. A large old birch is the landmark in our garden. The stately wooden house was built 140 years ago in the Biedermeier style and has changed little in all these years. It still reflects a forward-looking and cosmopolitan generation. In this sense, we welcome guests from near and far.
