And with 30 minutes of cycling, you are in the middle of the city center of the fun city of Groningen. The house has a lovely terrace with its own sauna (wood-fired). Unique!

The spacious luxury vacation home is located in its own very varied estate of 6 hectares. The entire property is private, so you rent the house with its own nature reserve. The feeling of space begins with the 200-meter-long sandy path that leads to the house. Discover the playground and the forest and heath behind it. Enjoy the beauty of the lake, flora and fauna.
