We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic house! It is really perfectly appointed – everything you need is there, and it is super clean and spacious. The house is a real retreat to relax with lots of great extras such as the boat, whirlpool and perfectly equipped kitchen. The location is just ideal and our children felt very comfortable there – they even fell asleep quickly, which speaks for the comfort. Overall an absolute dream that we would book again at any time. Highly recommended!

Nice stay, beautiful cottage on the waterfront. Convenient that there are bicycles to explore the surroundings. Quiet location, good beds and the kitchen has all the comforts. Definitely recommended.

Lovely few days felt like a home away from home

It was a pleasure to stay in this place. The nature surrounding the house and the idyllic atmosphere of the house. Clara recommended some restaurants, within walking distance (1.2 kilometers), and it was so nice. Only thing we could have wished for, was that the different information in the house, would be in English as well 😊. Would not hesitate to book this house again

Top service. We could not check in on time due to sick mother. Was no problem. Key with info was ready so we could go straight to the cottage. We were very surprised how clean and tidy the cottage was. 100% better than what we are used to with the competitor. We had a holiday home with fence, which is perfect for our four-legged friend. She enjoyed it too. Furthermore, the bedrooms are fine. Not too big but adequate. Kitchen is neat. Dishwasher (very important) available. Combi microwave and solid stove. Living/dining room tidy. Furniture top. Garden furniture and umbrella top quality. We were able to have delicious breakfast in the garden. WiFi available for the addicted children ;). The vacation park is nice and quiet. Which was great for my sick mother. Plenty of activities available such as a swimming pool, tennis court and playground for the little ones. I can't really mention any drawbacks. Communication with management is top. Quick response and thoughtful. Thanks!

Such a nice, peaceful and cosy place! We stayed here to discover the Lauwersmeer with its variety of birds. It was lovely to start the day peaceful and end it cosy at Hans-Eriks place. Definitely would recommend! Would love to come back in a different season as well.

What a lovely wing of a beautiful, artfully decorated old house. We loved the out door kitchen BQ area and the lovely homemade rolls and marmalade for breakfast each morning with fresh coffee. Beautiful garden to explore and our dog was made very welcome. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful. Parking too! 😀

Fantastic place! Wonderful natural/garden. Fantastic hostesses! Cozy cottage on the pool. Place to sit outside and a fire pit. Breakfast was good. Cottage clean, I think that's important to me. Centrum 5 min. Groningen 20 min. We had a good time.

We loved Tamara’s place. It was quiet and peaceful and the view was tremendous - even including a pair of stocks nesting in the back yard. Our contact, Tanja, was very responsive and flexible especially at check in. It was a perfect place for us to stay in our visit to see family and to enjoy the smaller villages in the area.

This was the second time we stayed in this cottage. Last time we were there during the summer, so it was just a wait and see how it would be in winter. Although we had almost only rain for a week, we had a great time. The cottage is super cozy and clearly decorated with love. The hosts are also hugely nice and helpful.

The cottage we booked was something to appreciate. It had everything we needed. We booked the house on rush due to lack of time just by seeing some nice photos and a very accessible price. On top of that we arrived at 03:00 in the morning at the cottage after a long day and did not really know what we booked. Nevertheless, we went to sleep… just to wake up in the morning with an amazing view to the lake with sun, through a big window, while drinking a coffee offered by the guest. Jack was a great host and helped us through the booking, even though he was on vacation. Top!
