The stairs lead to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine and washing machine. On the left is the bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The bedroom has plenty of closet space and contains a double box spring. In the living room you find a dining table, TV and sofa bed. You can also enjoy the large private front garden with lounge area and dining table.

In the cottage you live basic, close to nature in a wonderful hiking and cycling area, in a large, nature-rich place: vegetable garden, just landscaped food forest, flower gardens & pond are ecologically managed. There are a few pets (dog, chickens, running, bees). The refrigerator is underground and the composting toilet an experience in itself. The whole is made as environmentally friendly as possible and an invitation to live simply while respecting nature. There is a wood-burning stove.

Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.
