You have the house all to yourself and can spend time together in the upstairs room. The large table invites you to eat and drink together. If someone wants to withdraw, of course, that's also possible. The terrace and balcony also invite you to linger. Get your time out with the whole family.

The villa is located 5 km from the center of Emdens on the Emsdeich near the Petkumer Deichvorland conservation area. Why not end a long dike walk with a cozy evening with friends by the fireplace!

The 120 m² Coco house offers a large open fireplace, a cozy living and dining area and a separate kitchen on the ground floor. A hallway leads to an infrared sauna, shower room and a niche with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs are two bedrooms with box spring beds and a bathtub. Wi-Fi, garden, two parking spaces and a folding boat are available. No pets allowed and no smoking. The beach is within walking distance.

The bedroom features a spacious bed with light bedding, positioned beneath a vibrant piece of wall art. Nightstands with lamps are placed on either side, and a window with blue blinds allows natural light to illuminate the room.
