It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. A rather simple and small but functional 40 m2 house with an undisturbed location, midway between the harbor and the city. If you are looking for a luxury house, this is not the house that meets that need. West-facing covered 20 m2 terrace. Kitchen, 2 induction stoves. The refrigerator is in the shed in connection with the terrace. Dining/living room with wood-burning stove, electric heating, 2 bedrooms with single beds, double bed 140 cm in the living room, toilet with sink, there is only an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

In the forests around the apartment, there are plenty of opportunities to experience the animals as well as the lovely nature the area offers. Good shopping opportunities within 5 to 10 minutes' drive, depending on which shop you choose.

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.
