A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

We use the apartment privately and want tenants who take care of the home so that it is always nice to be in. 20 minutes to Djurs Sommerland! Only a short walk to the cozy fishing harbor and marina and the beautiful sandy beach. In the village and at the harbor there are cozy cafes, restaurants and a fishmonger as well as shops. The street in front of the house is quiet and not very busy.
