It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. The house is part of a 3-winged country estate without animals, but separate. Forest, lake and beach within walking distance. Gjerrild N. Strand is a child-friendly, wide sandy beach with a blue flag. We are located 3 km from Gjerrild town, where there is a grocery store with a large selection, 14 km from Grenå, 19 km from Djurs Sommerland, Bønnerup harbor about 6 km, where there is a fish shop and eateries. The heat source is air to air, there is a small dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine and otherwise all the utensils that should be in a kitchen.

Enjoy life in this beautiful and centrally located apartment, with plenty of space for both families and couples, right between the city's cozy pedestrian streets and the authentic environment of the harbor. The "Grenåen" flows 200 m down the road and connects the sea and the city with the most beautiful river path, which is a recommended walk.
