Our 100 sqm apartment is at the end of a cul-de-sac, overlooking meadow and nature. The forest is a 10-minute walk away. The nearest shopping facilities can be found in Steinheim, 3 km away. The Hermann Monument can be reached in about 20 minutes. The Externsteine can be reached in about 15 minutes. Picturesque city centers such as Paderborn, Schwalenberg, Detmold, Höxter and Hameln are easily accessible by car. Many bike and hiking trails invite you to explore the surroundings.

Natalia's apartment

The property is located in Billerbeck / Horn-Bad Meinberg in the district of Lippe. Walking and hiking opportunities can be found in our beautiful village on the Norderteich, as well as the nice restaurant "Zur Post". There are plenty of shopping opportunities for the daily needs (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, etc.)restaurants (including McDonalds) and leisure activities. We recommend a visit to the Externsteine (7 km), the Herrmanns Monument (15 km) or the Schieder Reservoir (12 km).

Forest parlor

Private guest apartment near Detmold (7 km). Two steps lead over the terrace to the separate entrance of our apartment and from there you have a magnificent view over the beautiful "Lipperland". A private bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with good basic equipment are available. From here there is a good connection to the bus, hiking and cycling trail network in Detmold and the surrounding area. The forest begins right behind the house, you can start hiking straight away.

In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

Our apartment, built in 2024, is located in an absolutely quiet outskirts of the beautiful Bundesgolddorf Ottenhausen, just a few kilometers from the main town of Steinheim with all the important shops. The apartment has a spacious living room with TV, a romantic bedroom with box spring beds, a shower room and a large balcony.
