Lesund is located in Aure municipality which is well known for its nice archipelago and nice mountains with many marked hiking trails Nearby there is a coastal fort from the Second World War that has nice hiking trails, barbecue areas and a small zipline for children and young people. Lesund is located approximately halfway between Kristiansund and Trondheim with 2h each way.

The cabins are of a high standard and are basically intended for 2 people with the possibility of putting down 2 on the sofa bed. The cabin is 26 sqm. Newly built Rorbu completed Summer 2022. Located centrally on the seafront and between the old houses on the fishing grounds. Here you have both the opportunity for breakfast and sunrise outside, as well as sitting on the quay and watching the sunset. You can rent a rowboat from Benneriet and kayak from Smøla Kayak that you can use to go over to the pier/lighthouse/islands.
