Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

The independent apartment is located in the lower part (raised ground floor) of the house. The house offers space for 6 people and has a large garden at the back that you are welcome to use. Hanover (trade fair) (17 km) and the cathedral city of Hildesheim (15 km) are within easy reach. Stylish apartment with one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom from which you can watch the pigs in the open air while showering. On our estate there are many more animals to admire - chickens (also roosters!!!! that is, the alarm clock in the morning "rings" sometimes a little earlier), geese, ducks, horses, quails... There is also a small farm shop and there is always a place for barbecues or a campfire.

Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.
