In the immediate vicinity of the store, restaurant, sports and swimming pool, gym, schools and Kalix hospital. The house consists of three bedrooms with a total of four beds, a spacious kitchen and living room, bathroom as well as sauna and relaxation area. Washing machine and dishwasher are available. With forrest behind, and meadow beside, this is as close to nature you can get and still be near bus stop and food store, 1 & 10 min walks. Yes, you can see the northen ligths, but thats mostly up to weather and luck anyway. In winter, elks may be eating from garden trees, mostly at dusk or dawn. Two extra beds can be supplied, six persons can comfortably live in this large house. This is a home, not a hotel. Please leave it as you found it, clean. Please read the extra house rules first!

Das freistehende Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, einen offenen Wohnbereich mit Smart TV (kein Free-TV), eine moderne Küche sowie einen neuen Hobby- und Aktivraum im Untergeschoss. Im Garten findest du einen Wintergarten mit kindersicheren Scheiben und ein Spiel- und Aktivitätshaus. Entspanne am Abend an der Feuerstelle oder in der holzbefeuerten Sauna. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen.

Environmentally friendly accommodation! Sunpanels on roof. We offer you a sauna, some gym equipment and nearby there's also a lake with a fireplace. You can go fishing or borrow our small boat. You will have your own house complete with shower, toilet and a small kitchen. Our house is 30 minutes away from Luleå (with car) but there are buses several times a day. Pets of all kind are NOT allowed! Due to allergic problems. Also perfect for winter, the house is fully insulated.
