All year round wood-fired sauna and jacuzzi. In the house there is a newly renovated, spacious country-style kitchen with seating up to 10-12 pers. The bedrooms are newly renovated and one has a new fresh bed 160 cm and the other bedroom a comfortable sofa bed for 1-2 people. Newly renovated bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. TV room with a fire place.

A brand new attefall house of 30m2 in nice Sunderbyn about 15 minutes outside Luleå! It has all the amenities you need, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, kitchen fan, oven, microwave and dishwasher, TV with a wide range of channels in the kitchen/living room. The sofa easily turns into a 140cm bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, dresser and washing machine. The bedroom has a 140 cm queen size bed, closet and TV. Terrace is available directly adjacent to the building with outdoor furniture & barbecue. Parking for 2 cars.

Ett unikt boende med möjligheten för större familjer/grupper att njuta av orörd natur, uppleva fjäll där inte många varit förut! I samband med stuga erbjuds snöskoteruthyrning samt guidning för att ni ska få ut de mesta av er vistelse. Just utanför köksfönstret finner ni en vedeldad bastu samt vedeldad badtunna som ni kan njuta av till en avgift. 400 sek för bastu och 800 sek för badtunna. Kom hit och njut av en avkopplande tid i fjällvärlden.

Under vintern, 22 oktober - 15 maj finns inget rinnande vatten i stugan. Vi lämnar 70 liter vatten i stugan vid ankomst. Vi tar emot maximalt 4 gäster under de kallaste vintermånaderna. Stugan är till salu.
