Here is everything in the immediate vicinity, snowmobiling, swimming, Luleå, nature. Just as nice winter time as summer. The accommodation consists of a large cottage with 3 bedrooms and a guest cottage with double bed, loft bed and private bathroom, living room and balcony facing the sea.

In this wonderful Norrbottensgården you live comfortably and fantastically nicely. With plot to Råneälven, 200 meters to Malmens väg. Summer dock and swimming facilities. All year round wood-fired sauna and jacuzzi. In the house there is a newly renovated, spacious country-style kitchen with seating up to 10-12 pers. The bedrooms are newly renovated and one has a new fresh bed 160 cm and the other bedroom a comfortable sofa bed for 1-2 people. Newly renovated bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. TV room with a fire place.

Cozy newly built attic house

A brand new attefall house of 30m2 in nice Sunderbyn about 15 minutes outside Luleå! It has all the amenities you need, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, kitchen fan, oven, microwave and dishwasher, TV with a wide range of channels in the kitchen/living room. The sofa easily turns into a 140cm bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, dresser and washing machine. The bedroom has a 140 cm queen size bed, closet and TV. Terrace is available directly adjacent to the building with outdoor furniture & barbecue. Parking for 2 cars.
