Enjoy a cozy holiday in the countryside - in UNESCO's biosphere area, close to the medieval town of Stege, near the water and in the middle of nature. We are a family consisting of a Danish/Japanese couple, three small dogs, a cat, sheep, running ducks and chickens. We have renovated the entire farm to the best of our abilities and with a high degree of recycled materials. We love to travel and make sure the house is comfortable and cozy. We have tried to decorate our guest house as we think is nice. Let us know if you're missing anything!

Idyllic farmhouse by forest and beach

Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). If you need quiet days in a soulful place, then Bondehuset in Bandholm is the place.

Tiny house in the orchard

We have spent a long time renovating our little wooden house with upcycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests visit. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forests, good beaches, medieval villages, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quails and free-range silkie chickens, which may well go crazy once in a while. The house is 24 sqm in size, and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

Cozy cottage on natural plot in Ulvshale

Welcome to our cottage! The holiday home is a classic and rustic wooden house from 1970 on 61 m2, situated on a natural plot of 1,100 m2, beautifully situated just off Ulvshale Forest near Stege. The cottage is ideal for both a weekend trip or a longer vacation for couples and families with children. It lies at the end of a cul-de-sac, close to woods and the sea. Bed linen/towels/tea towels are included. The house is cleares on arrival - therefore a mandatory cleaning fee. Pets not allowed.

Cozy house by the sea

This thatched cottage from 1805 is located by the sea as the last house on the pier in a small village. You can go for wonderful walks in nearby forests or you can just sit in the garden or inside the house and enjoy the spectacular view - on three sides of the house your view will be the sea. Inside the small and cozy house you will find two bedrooms with double beds. But if you prefer to sleep ‘outside’ in the garden annex there is a double bed waiting for you here (the red painted room).

The Cozy Cottage

Enjoy the peaceful nature of Falster Island with bike trails, hiking trails, forests, and the wild seaside of Denmark. Located in vejringe but close to Stubbekøbing, with restaurants, museums and a quaint harbor area with a historic ferry to Bogø. The Cozy Cottage is located only 8 km from the E45 which takes you North to Copenhagen (1 hour 25 mins) or South towards the ferry to Germany (1 hr). NOTE: Price is exclusive electrical consumption, which is DKR 3.00 pr KwH. charged after.

Apartment with sauna, terrace and fireplace by the lake

Welcome to our apartment in Dänschendorf on Fehmarn. Completely renovated in 2022, this apartment in an old captain's house leaves nothing to be desired. On 100 m² you have space for 6 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds. In the evening in front of the fireplace, in the barrel sauna in the garden or on our terrace directly on the lake, you can relax after an eventful day. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The home is located in a quiet area overlooking the field and with a view of the cows. There is a small kitchen with an electric kettle and a mini stove with 1 burner. It is possible to set up a travel bed if there is 1 child. We have a travel bed available. Duvets and linens are available. If you are going on a trip, Nyk Falster and Fuglesang Art Museum are no more than 4 km away.
