This private deluxe studio is located on the ground floor with a lovely sitting backyard surounded with flowers and fruit trees. Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση όλες οι εξαιρετικές παρθένες παραλίες της δυτικής Χίου, τα πέτρινα παραδοσιακά καστροχωρια Μαστιχοχώρια της Χίου. Είναι πολύ λειτουργικό με αρκετές ντουλάπες και ντουλάπια κουζίνας, δορυφορική τηλεόραση, πιστολάκι, ηλεκτρικό σίδερο και σιδερωστρα καθώς και ηλεκτρική σκούπα.

A few meters from the port of Tinos, a warm and fully renovated space (12m2), ideal for one or two people, is waiting to welcome you. The view from the third floor (no elevator) the harbor on one side, and the cobbled, picturesque shopping street on the other is magical. One of the advantages, is the private, large terrace, ideal for moments of relaxation and tranquility. Finally, at a short distance there is everything one might need, such as restaurants, bars, soup market, etc.
