I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. The location was also ideal, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, which made it the perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. No complaints at all! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

Paula made our stay amazing again! The fire was going and the place was toasty warm. We were lucky enough to be there while the goats were having their babies and Paula let all 5 kids stay out with her for hours. We all had an amazing peaceful weekend. Highly recommend!

Kim was really communicative and good about making sure we had everything we needed for the weekend. Easily reached, easy to work with. We spent the weekend fishing/snowmobiling and the location was very good for access to Lake Nipissing. Fishing is always good on the South Shore. Space was spacious, clean, multiple bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked. Everything you need.

Brittany's beautifully designed space was exactly right for our needs. There were extra touches, like tea and coffee provided. This place would be the PERFECT Mommy getaway spot. Clean and quiet with spa like decor that is somehow both fresh and cozy. 10/10 would definitely book again.

This wasn't my first time at an Airbnb but my first time renting one out under my name, and I've never been happier after renting an Airbnb. Joan's home is exceptional and has the most beautiful views. She was very responsive and made sure we had a fantastic stay. The house was spotless and was super clean upon arrival. If anybody is looking for a beautiful getaway for a night or however long, I highly recommend Joan's home.

This Lake Nipissing rental was very much what we were looking for to do an ice fishing outing for 6 mostly retired guys – it was almost directly in from Lonely Island (about 1.5k walk). The actual cottage is very large, and it was nice having 2 ½ baths. The kitchen is very big with a huge island that also works as a pub height dinning area and there are tons of cabinets with all of the kitchen utensils/accessories you’ll need to make great meals. There are a few rough areas, which comes from a lot of use (e.g., trim work, a few chips, dents and worn chairs, shower heads, etc.), but for a northern cottage rental I would say it would be 4 to 4.5 stars and for an ice fishing choice I must give it 5 stars. I will very much consider this location again if we decide to do another ice fishing trip to this location again in the future and if you were doing a non-winter trip, I’m sure this location would be a perfect area with boat access and placement on the water for a large family outing.

We had a great weekend at this cottage! The cottage was clean, cozy, spacious. It had everything we needed for a fun filled weekend. The hot tub, pool table and ping pong table were just some of the highlights of this cottage. Amanda was very accommodating and responsive. She provided all the information needed in order to have the best time. The location was ideal, very peaceful, surrounded by nature, lots of privacy. Overall, this cottage was a perfect escape from the city. We would highly recommend it for anyone looking for an enjoyable getaway. Looking forward to coming back!

Bowhey’s is such a special place. All the amenities, clean cabins, staff is always busy working on something to make it even more beautiful. Ian is so great and laid back. Saturday night karaoke should not be missed! We will definitely be back.

Gord has thought of everything to make your stay fun, relaxing, adventurous, comfortable and memorable. Gord himself is awesome and great to communicate with but also gives you your privacy. The things to get into on the property are just as shown in the photos and we had a blast getting into everything. It is a great site for dogs as well! If you can, take Gord's recommendation to kayak to the Talon Chutes. Beautiful and fun way to swim, hike, relax, and get a great feel for nature in the area. We had a great time and would love to come back again. Thanks Gord!

Shelia was a great host and this is a wonderful family vacation cottage, with a well stocked kitchen and many great places for the family to gather and have fun. We enjoyed our dinners at the beautifully lit dining area, the fireplace, the fabulous deck where we spent time reading, and the great lawn for playing bouchi ball, working out and running our dog. We worked while we were here and the wifi and cell service were excellent. The dock was wonderful with all day sun and water deep enough for jumping in and diving. Manitouwabing lake is beautiful- clean and clear. The beach was perfect for launching the kayaks. With its many bays, this lake is great for exploring. My whole family thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

This place was perfect for our family of 4 and we had friends of ours for a night that is also a family of 4. Plenty of space and the cottage was great for letting the kids roam to play. The property is big and has lots of outside play area. We went during winter so no pool time. But the hot tub was perfect. I took my snowmobile up and was able to do a couple day rides right from the cottage. Less than 10 minutes to the Sequin Trail. Communication with Raja (Owner) and Agatha (property manager) was fantastic. Very prompt on responding. And I will add, there was a minor issue with the on-demand hot water heater (that was out of everyone’s control) and they had people in almost immediately to look at it. It was a minor inconvenience to say the least, but they refunded us a full nights stay. Now that’s what I call a good gesture. We will not hesitate to return to the cottage. We absolutely love the inside and the coziness it brings.

This place is absolutely breathtaking, being right on the lake, the view was beautiful from morning to night time. Usman was also an amazing host who responded to all our questions and concerns in timely manner before and during our stay. Could not recommend this host and their place enough. Our family spent almost a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was exactly what we all needed and offered something for all the different ages (15-79) in our group - right on the property. The hot tub was great, as was the fire pit area with muskoka chairs encircling it. The one thing to note is that the property is located a little ways from the local town or the bigger center of Huntsville. So if you are looking for a place right in, or nearby town, you'll be farther here. For us that didn't matter at all. The water sports items kept us all busy and the huge kitchen table allowed us to eat together and enjoy the beautiful view of the surroundings at the same time. The host communicated quickly and was very friendly. We would definately recommend this 5-star property!

Our family of 13 had an amazing Christmas/ new years getaway. Cynthias home is beautiful and was accurately described on the site . There was enough room for all of us to sleep comfortably and enough sitting areas that we were not crowded in anyway. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable . The kitchen was stocked with everything we could’ve ever required plus more, I think it was our favourite space to hang out in overlooking the water . The location was picturesque and had the weather cooperated would’ve had ample outdoor activities. We enjoyed watching football , lounging by the fire and playing pool . Cynthia was very helpful and prompt with every question that I had and made us feel welcome . Thank you for a memorable family new years .

Wilderness Paradise is in a great location for Atving with both private trail tours with Andre the owner or using the Vmuts trail system. the snowmobile trail is also close by and hope to stay again in the winter. The place was comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay. Although we didn't see a moose or the northern lights, Andre made every attempt to make that happen even getting up at 4am to see if the northern lights were shining to let us know. If your into atving, hunting or snowmobiling this is a good spot to stay.

We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with family at the cottage. Cozy, clean and everything we needed! Gorgeous and peaceful lake views and nice walking around the area. Playground nearby for the little kids and big kids too. Would recommend.

What a magical place! The cabin was exactly as described and had a really warm, comfy feeling. We were travelling as a couple with 4 young kids (no small feat!), and we were totally comfortable and found the cabin stocked with everything we needed. Travelling in the middle of quite a big snowstorm, we were a little concerned about finding the place and the long driveway in. The directions, however, were really clear and the driveway was really well ploughed, and this was so appreciated. Matt and Lori also checked in frequently to make sure everything was great. Thank you for a great little escape!

The Airbnb was a lovely place to visit. The cottage was clean, it had a beautiful dock with great water activities and an amazing view. As a host Kandice was very attentive, respectful and flexible. As mentioned in the listing, a four wheel drive vehicle is definitely needed in order to access this cottage, as the hill to the cottage is very steep. I will also mention that the neighbor was quite unwelcoming to us as a group of mid twenty year olds but this does not take away the fact that Kandice was able to step in and make sure we felt comfortable in her space. Overall my friends and I had a great time catching up at her cottage and would recommend it to others.

Wow wow wow! What an incredible piece of paradise! We fell in love with this cozy cabin and forest. Had such a wonderful time relaxing, hiking, having fires and enjoying the fall colours all around us. Our dog was in heaven, and was so happy to run free. We definitely plan on coming back. Don & Cathy are the loveliest people and are amazing hosts. Perfect weekend getaway.
