2nd floor ocean side studio, with a kitchenette. Microwave, toaster and a 2 burner hot plate for cooking . Wifi and HD Cable TV. Channels. Coin operated washer/dryer on premises. New-queen size bed & full size futon .1 block to the the beach. Beach chairs & wagon & cooler provided. Enjoy the quiet sunrise on the balcony. Assigned parking for 1 car only. sleeps 4Close to attractions. 5 minute walk to the beach. If you walk to the right to the ocean there is a public restroom to use. also, restaurants and casino ball room is just 3 miles away. If you walk to the left to the ocean there is an amazing beach and a little less people where the kids can find crabs, play in the sand or just swim. There is not any restrooms on this side. Another Great place to visit that is a 15 min drive is down town Portsmouth, nh. lots to do there.
