Also walking distance to the Avondale bars and winery and 25-30 minutes away from local beaches. This guest suite offers 2 rooms, one being the guest bedroom, And the other a dayroom and living area. The day room offers a kitchenette and coffee bar that is stocked with complementary coffee. Upon arriving guests will have full access to the main drive way for parking/ private entrance.

The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

Welcome to Jasmine House! Located in Park Circle, a vibrant community filled with great restaurants, all inclusive parks, and concert venues. Riverfront Park, home to many great events, festivals, and concerts, is within walking distance. Credit One Stadium is just a short drive away. The Park Circle neighborhood is very close to all that Charleston offers. Less than 15 minutes to Downtown and 20 minutes to the beaches make this a very desirable location.
