Holiday rentals with a home cinema in North Goa

It was a nice place. Being a bachelor it is considered to be a good place to stay and the most i liked about the host is they were very helpful. Apartment was very clean & tidy with great appliances, wifi & etc. It was a very cosy & comfort stay. And Thanks to Meenakshi (Co-Host) of the apartment she was very helpful.

Wonderful Stay – Even Better Than Expected! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Candolim. The place was even better than the pictures – spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly accommodating; we requested an early check-in since we were traveling with our elderly parents, and they kindly arranged it without any hassle. The location is great, close to the beach and local attractions, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Goa. Would love to stay here again!

We had a pleasant stay at Kasim’s place. Both Gunaji and Kasim were always available to assist with any questions. The space was clean, well-maintained, and decorated with plenty of indoor plants.

Just the perfect place which has great views, is clean, spacious, has all the amenities, great restaurants and beaches nearby. Any more and you’d be nitpicking

We had a wonderful stay at Laqshya's place. It was exactly as depicted in the images and included all the necessary amenities, such as a washing machine, iron, dryer, and fridge. The host was friendly and polite, and Raju was also there to assist with daily household needs.

The best feel at home experience at this place. Just a minute walk to the beach. Absolutely clean property and friendly family atmosphere. Can't be any better.

We had a wonderful stay at a four-bedroom villa in Aguada Anchorage. The property is just a 10-minute walk from the beach via a charming pathway and is ideally located near great restaurants offering authentic Goan cuisine. The villa was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, with spacious, well-lit rooms that made our stay relaxing and comfortable. The service was prompt and attentive, catering to all food and housekeeping needs. The highlight was the clean and refreshing private pool, perfect for unwinding. The friendly and professional staff added to the overall experience. This villa is an excellent choice for a serene getaway, offering top-notch amenities and a prime location. Highly recommended! The reception team, especially Diksha and Maria, were extremely prompt and responsive. They helped arrange vehicles with drivers, self-drive cars, and two-wheelers, making transportation hassle-free. They even coordinated a convenient airport pickup.

Peaceful place with enough space for 5-6 people.

Great place to stay in and the host was very responsive and friendly . It's not beach facing but it has something unique to offer which even a beach facing resort can't .

The place is amazing. It has a unique beachfront location. Quiet privacy. It feels like a home and do not hesitate to ask host for local recommendations. It’s magical in person with the sound of waves and sublime views of the ocean, breathtaking beach life and an invitation to chill with family and friends. In addition to all magnificence and beauty the property was well supplied and equipped beyond our expectations.

The stay was amazing. The vibe, aura, and welcoming spirit of the hosts were great. Trust me, the food was one of the best in Goa. I went there to meet Varun but never got the chance to. I messaged him everywhere but didn't get a response. Apart from that, the community they were building is one of a kind. One should definitely visit there.

We had a great stay. Place is well furnished and well kept. Kitchen is clean and handy. Availability of dryer is very helpful. Also we enjoyed watching movies using the in house Amazon fire stick

Good locality and stay. We have stayed 5 days with 15 months old kid. We have got enough support for Host Hitesh and manager Devendar. They are always available and approachable for any support.

Amazing host, can’t say that enough! They literally checked on us every day, making sure we had everything we needed. Anything we asked for was available almost immediately. Honestly other hosts could learn a thing or two from them. The place itself is great, you have everything you need. The location is pretty good and Spice Ovens is a nice chill spot nearby. Just a heads up, anything you order gets delivered to the gate so you’ll get a little workout picking it up! As for cons, the bathroom door doesn’t latch but the cleanliness makes up for it. They do a deep clean every other day, which is amazing. No issues at all! Also, good suggestions for dusting but overall a perfect Airbnb experience.

We absolutely loved our stay there. The watchman said they had no idea as to what Nistula is so we initially thought we'd come to the wrong place, but on contacting them they reverted immediately and we were greeted for check in. At check in they gave us some super refreshing and cold coconut juice which hit the spot perfectly. the staff helped us with our bags and made check in very smooth. throughout the staff was very courteous and prompt. tea was good, fruit plate quantity and quality was good. the pool was clean and we had a great time, they actually tried helping us find things we can play with in the pool. check out was also super easy and timely. wifi worked great and they had Netflix which was awesome. they were also very sweet about our room cleaning and our stuff was safe even though we were not present when the staff cleaned our room. all in all loved the stay and would return.

Hi , Highly recommend this place , those who wants to stay in north Goa . You will easily find good cafés, casino like big daddy etc.. , 5 min walk miramar beach , easily accessible Panjim local market and church.host (Priti) is very friendly host and always responds well. We feel like stay at home . And enjoyed our new year family vacation trip. House was neat and clean. If you are planning to stay with family I would recommend to Priti (host) place.
