Holiday rentals with a fire pit in North Historic District, Savannah

The location was great. Everything you need is within a 5 mile radius. Restaurants, shops, Tanger outlet. Short drive to downtown Savannah. The house was nice and clean. Enjoyed the fireplace. The beds are comfortable. It's a smart home so don't be startled by some lights coming on in certain areas when you walk in. The only issue we had was pet hair on the sectional. Probably from the previous renter. But I would definitely rent this home again.

Great little spot. Just a few blocks from the main strip of bars and restaurants. Small and humble, but efficient use of the space, so if you’re ok with the non-fancy, it’s the perfect spot. Great value. Will stay here again for sure if we come back to Tybee for another golf trip.

Absolutely perfect! I got married this weekend and my mom and maid of honor and I stayed the night before my wedding and then my husband and I stayed the night of as we got married at a venue right around the corner. It was so welcoming and perfect for what we needed. Thank you!

Wonderful house for my bachelorette weekend getaway. The home is centrally located but away from all of the crazy noise of downtown Savannah. The backyard is amazing!! We ubered everywhere and the average cost to get to the heart of Savannah to where everything is at was roughly $30.00 which is not bad in my opinion. This is house is perfect for families or for a group friends. She had everything you needed for hitting the beach which was great to have since we all flew into Savannah. Lastly, there is a beautiful cat that would come visit us while we hung out in the backyard and she was super sweet.

Great value, comfortable space just a few minutes drive from the heart of Savannah. Charles was also very responsive when needed. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and just what we needed. It's fully functional in terms of kitchen, laundry, and bath. The location is excellent. It's 20 minutes from Savannah and 10 from Tybee. Mike communicated well with us.

Loved our stay! Private and tucked away yet close to everything. Host was very sweet. You can tell she put a lot of thought into the decor of this beach house. We appreciated the outdoor grill, beach toys, and all the amenities the house came with. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nan and were great hosts! Very responsive and friendly. The upstairs garage apartment was exactly as described and pictured. The place was immaculate and no foul odors. Kitchen was stocked and had coffee and spices! It is on a tidal canal which is. Ratify at high tide! Easy 17 minute drive to Savannah and all the sites. Kroger is close with Publix and Walmart super center not much farther. Rodney Hall public boat ramp 10 minutes away. We would definitely return? Awesome experience!!

Very cute and clean. Nice neighborhood. Walking distance to Forsyth park and easy to access the DOT to travel to historic downtown

Charlie had such a beautiful studio and perfect for my boyfriend and I! We came into Savannah early before check in and he allowed us to drop our bags off while we explored the city! The location was great and so many places were within walking distance but also a very easy uber ride to downtown! His home was clean and the bathroom was a dream! We would definitely book this home again!

Cheryl was amazing, booked this for my daughter that had to evacuate with her dog and cats from the hurricane and being on the other side of country, Cheryl eased my worries and concerns and was there for my daughter. She communicated with weather updates and assured me she would communicate with my daughter if anything changed. She was very personable and would highly recommend and now i want to go because of her hospitality.
