Holiday rentals with a patio in North Historic District, Savannah

Beautiful peaceful airbnb 1 block from Forsyth Park. We loved this location. It was easily walkable all over historic Savannah. The furnishings were comfortable; slept fantastic in the king size bed and the kitchen was the perfect size. The courtyard was a nice feature even though we did not end up sitting out there. Between the shutters and the curtains we had plenty of privacy plus blackout for sleeping. We arrived very early and Sarah was nice enough to let us store our packs in the locked entrance hallway outside of our apartment. When we had questions about the hot water Sarah answered quickly and had someone come look at it right away while we were out. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Savannah and would highly recommend this place to anyone else.

Stayed 3 nights at this property and it was worth every penny. We were able to walk to any location in the historic district. The one Uber we did take (mom didn’t want to walk) was quick and reasonable. The host recommended SO many places, and the few we did try lived up to the praise. Our first time in Savannah was a big success and a lot of that was the central location of this property. Highly recommend. No crazy instructions from the host to close up either, that’s always a plus.

This space is quaint and absolutely charming. We loved all the rooms and the balcony overlooking the street. Although it's street parking, there's space right out front! And, just as described, Forsyth Fountain is right around the corner.

I booked this stay for a small bachelorette trip. This was the perfect place. It was a quick (and cheap) uber to all the spots we wanted to visit. The space was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with one of the toilets not flushing but Carlo’s and Marci were quick to contact maintenance and have them come out to fix it.

Very clean house, conveniently located. Eric and Arlynn were proactive and friendly. The Starland neighborhood is a great spot—close to the historic circles, and not overcrowded the way riverfront and downtown are. A few small things to consider: street parking is scarce, especially on street cleaning days when you can’t park on one side. If you’re not the type to head in early for the night, you might need to park a block or two away. Scant bathroom amenities: other than hand soap, nothing was stocked.

Super cute and cozy place! We loved sitting out on the patio overlooking the pool and the ocean! And it was really helpful that they provided all the beach and pool amenities too! We thought we were going to have to rent all that stuff, but was glad to find out they had all we needed (chairs, coolers, towels, sun shade, etc..) It was the prefect place for our low key vacation!

Nancy’s place was great - really nice layout, bedrooms, tons of space, with a kitchenette for the basics. It can be a bit loud at night, probably because it’s across the street from a liquor store and right on the corner. So bring earplugs if that bothers you, but it is otherwise a great location right near the park.

This second floor apartment is so spacious and interesting that you could get lost in it. :) The place is clean and the location is great! The large windows let in so much light, and the black curtains do their job! The beds are great too, no morning aches.

If you are looking for a beautiful and spacious place to stay within walking distance to just about everything in Savanna, you just found it! Sam's home is on a quiet street within walking distance to Forsyth Park, three blocks to the Cathedral and about 5 blocks to both of my favorite breakfast places in the city! Not to mention, the home has gorgeous stained glass windows in nearly every room. The "sun room" off the back of the kitchen is also lined in stained glass and w wonderful place to have a cocktail before you head out. You may never want to leave! I highly recommend!

Great location midway between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. Sits on a dead end street, so very quiet. Clean, well-appointed house. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood. Liang is a responsive and helpful host.

I absolutely loved Lucky’s place. I booked it for spring break to enjoy my stay, and although it was cut short, the time there was splendid. My oldest son really enjoyed getting beat in ping pong. My youngest enjoyed being able to watch tv wherever he decided to play. The kitchen was big enough for me to move around in and had everything I could have possibly needed to cook/prepare with. The rooms are spacious, the neighborhood is quiet. Lucky detailed everything in her welcome book to ensure a successful and enjoyable stay.

Excellent place to stay with a pup! Large fenced in back yard, very safe and secure. Well maintained neighborhood. 3 adults, each had their own comfortable bedroom, 2 full baths. Excellent overnight stop when passing through from Florida to Virginia, good 1/2 way stop. Very thoughtful amenities in house, clean and comfortable. Will try to use on future trips! Wendy's house was perfect for our stay in Savannah. It was super clean and well stocked with everything you need. We especially enjoyed the covered back porch and fenced yard for our dog. The neighborhood is quiet and close to restaurants and stores. Hope to return soon.

We had a great stay at this very spacious and comfortable home. The whole house was updated & well maintained. It had everything we needed during our stay & was very clean. The pool was big and backyard felt very private. Our group of six really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it

Our stay was great! The home and the neighborhood were so cute! It was the perfect location and very walkable. We walked down to riverstreet and the bakery nearby multiple times throughout our stay. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This peaceful, traffic free location was optimal for walking to shops on Rt 80, excercise and beach front peace. The unit was exceptionally clean with a great layout. The balcony has a great ocean view to enjoy work at the high top table, your coffee or nightcap. Beach chairs were an added perk. Not sure i would want to stay anywhere else in the island! Three of us stayed at Garry's place, and we all liked it very much. The actual house is way better than the photos, and the small veranda was a wonderful addition to the place. The two huge upstairs bedrooms with TVs had en suites, and the den with the sofa bed had a half bath, so everyone had privacy concerning the toilets. The place was well-equipped with towels, plastic bags, coffee, and kitchen utensils, and the temperature of the rooms was easy to control. The dryer was amazing, and towels and jeans dried within minutes. The location was two blocks away from one of my favorite bakery/coffee shops called Mate Factor which makes organic breads, and it is the same distance to Kroger's Supermarket which is very convenient when you don't have a car. The host was so attentive, and he let us in much earlier than our check in time, which was so thoughtful since we arrived early in the morning. A great stay, and we would stay there again.

Excellent. Good directions and access instructions. Host was flexible on arrival time. Lovely location close to Forsyth Park, and a short trip to downtown. Off road parking and easy access. Everything we needed was available.

We had a wonderful visit! The pool was great, the beach did not disappoint for early morning shell walks, and we loved being able to play pickleball!

My wife and I would absolutely come back and stay here! The location of the condo felt private and it was a short and easy walk to the beach. The place was very nice. Instructions were simple and clear, and the host responded quickly to us. We loved how there were beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use for the beach since we don’t have our own! 5 stars!

This Airbnb is in the perfect location for Savannah. 2 blocks from a grocery store. 4 blocks to Forsyth park. Easy street parking. The best back porch to hang out and have your morning coffee. And a shared pool in the backyard to cool off in. I will def rent this place again. Gary was the best host. Always responded quickly and was just so easy to work with.
