Nice vacation home by the sea

Welcome to our completely renewed holiday home. The holiday home is located behind our private house. The house can accommodate 2 people. You have a private entrance and behind the property you have a spacious green private garden at your disposal with a sunny terrace. the house is 500 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the supermarket and cozy village square. On the village square, you can find, among other things, bike rental, bakery, drugstore, ice cream parlor and restaurants. On the beach 6 pavilions.

Beach house in the dunes with sea views.

In the middle of the dunes of nature park Zuid-Kennemerland 300m from the beach is this spacious holiday home with unobstructed sea views. Warm up by the wood-burning stove after a long beach walk or enjoy the sun from the terrace at the front of the setting sun. From the balcony at the bedroom you can see the sun rise in the morning over the dune landscape, where deer are often seen. The house is spacious, has 2.5 floors and is equipped with all the comforts. There is a shared pool + sauna.

From the sunny terrace, you enter the living room through a spacious hallway. From the living room there is access to the bathroom and luxurious kitchen. "Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. New holiday home close to the beach for 5 people.

Our newly built accommodation is nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. Unique because of its rural location between the bulb fields and only 1 kilometer away from the coast and dunes. Nice forest walks in Schoorl, a breath of fresh air on the beach of Petten, or enjoy a sunny day at the beach in the summer? You can do it all! The house has a garden and terrace at the front and back. And there is possibility to use the hot tub for an additional cost.

‘T Kaaps Huussie Endless Peace and Space.

Our real home right next to the Waddendijk will be available for rent from April 2019. The huge garden is surrounded by a ditch. On the other side are the sheep. On the back of the grounds are fruit trees. It is from there beautiful watching the birds in the nearby nature reserve. At night it is dark outside and at best a clear starry sky shines. Inside, the house is spacious, comfortable and also very cosy. It can accommodate 6 guests and has 2 bathrooms.

Amsterdam can also be reached within 1 hour. If you want to leave the car, we have bicycles that can be used.
