It has a vaulted roof and there are two areas: a bedroom-studio and a shower-wet room. The kitchen has a small fridge-freezer, a small induction hob and a combination microwave-grill. The wet room has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and mirror with light, de-mister and shave socket. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.

(Approx ten min drive) The cottage is on the main road through Branston so there may be occasional road noise from traffic. There is a good sized rear garden, where the sun can be enjoyed through the day. Free Parking is available on the road outside of the property or should you prefer free ‘off street’ parking, this can be found just up the road.
