My sweet little house of light is located in a private beach/boating community located on Narragansett Bay. The downstairs apartment is ideal for two. You'll have your own entrance and as much privacy as you'd like. It has a full kitchen, bath, living room, and washer/dryer. The beach is a 1/4 mile shaded walk. We are just over 1 mile from downtown Historic Wickford Village, and just 10 miles from famed Newport or the Narragansett Town Beach (arguably the most beautiful beach in RI).

Our wonderful chalet, close to the water, and a private beach within a 5 min walk, is an ideal escape destination for any couple or family. Our open A-framed home has 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with a jacuzzi and comfortable beds and linens. It's well prepared for families. We have beach gear along with a backyard with a picnic table and large Weber grill. Our place is a 4 min drive from Historic Wickford with great restaurants. You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment. Full size windows for fresh air and lots of natural light. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a trundle bed which makes 2 twin beds. Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.
