Welcome to the “Blue Gull!” You will find everything you need for a perfect beach getaway in this cozy 1 bedroom condo! We are perched on the 3rd floor and with that comes tall ceilings, a balcony with a view of Lake Padre, and a peaceful quietness. While the condo is within walking distance to the beach (5 minutes), you can also have a vacation without leaving the complex. The community offers many other amenities...hot tub, heated pool, sauna, fitness center, etc. What’s not to love?!?!!!

Howdy! Our vacation beach king bed suite is on the north Padre Island, the safest place in Corpus Christi. We are right on the canal and ground floor. No steps! Enjoy fishing from our private back porch and shared fishing docks. Beautiful water view at the updated Swimming pool and hot tub.
