Welcome to relax in the arms of the forest! Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful and fishy lake (Kallavesi), surrounded by nature, in the courtyard of our home, just a 25-minute drive from the cities of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cottage comfortably accommodates two people, and a baby/child's extra bed can be found if needed. The sleeping quarters have sleeping accommodations for two during the summer. Guests have access to a barbecue, paddleboard and rowboat. Additional fee for using the hot tub.

If you're looking for a little break from the hustle and bustle of the city to the peace of nature, this is just for you. Rent an inexpensive, modest, electrified, basic summer cottage (approx. 65 square meters) from Kangaslampi, Varkaus (the cottage is located on the south shore). Everything in the cottage is not exactly on top and in the best condition, but a basic clean cottage with everything you need. The cottage has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, gas grill. Basic dishes, television, radio, smoke detectors.

Welcome to Huvikumpu! Here you will spend a relaxing holiday with your loved ones, family or friends. The cottage is located 38 km from the center of Kuopio, in a quiet location. The cottage has a kitchenette with an alcove, a bedroom, an indoor toilet, a shower, a dressing room and a sauna. In addition, a glazed terrace with infrared heaters and a hot tub in the yard (for an additional fee of 100 euros). Air heat pump and municipal water. Large lawn yard. The beach is sloping and partly sandy. Rowboat and 2 SUP boards for tenants!

A high-quality and atmospheric log villa on the shore of Kallavesi. A quiet, beautiful place with a view of Kallavesi and close to nature. The cottage overlooks a beautiful and illuminated lighthouse. The cottage was built in 2002 and has been well maintained. The property is a regular cottage, not a hotel. Ideal for summer and winter accommodation. There is a rowboat on the beach. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, sleeping loft, electric sauna, shower, dressing room, toilet, air heat pump and a large fireplace.

In this unique and peaceful cottage, it is easy to relax while looking at the beautiful lake landscape. Cottage 55m² and new 30m² yard building as well as a large terrace and barbecue area on the beach. Air heat pump and fireplace in use. Close to good fishing, berry picking, and outdoor terrain. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a paddleboard and a rowing boat, as well as a Wi-Fi connection. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10€/person, final cleaning 80€ extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.

A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 along a magnificent rapid. The calming rapids scenery guarantees a relaxing visit to Koskenrannan Helmi. The cottage is well suited for relaxation, fishing or even boating. In the large sauna of the cottage you can admire the flowing water, refreshment is easy in the always open rapids or in the outdoor hot tub.
