Vintage Airstream near Albuquerque

Come stay at our small homestead in this 1974 Airstream. This cute, clean camper is set next to our paddock with ducks, chickens, a few roosters (they will crow a lot), sometimes goats/horses, and our large dogs (they will bark). We are in the county, so we have a slightly rural feel and are a short haul from downtown (13 mi.) and the airport (17 mi.). Beautiful walk to the river (1 mi.). Come and go as you please. This is NOT a luxurious, quiet retreat, but it is a safe, unique and happy one!

Sitting room has a queen Murphy bed, coffee and wine bar with microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee and tea supplied), and dishes, utensils. Bathroom is Jack and Jill style w/ 2 vanities and standing shower.

Shop & dine nearby yet located in a quiet country setting near walking paths in the Rio Grande Bosque. The home was built 1973 by Architect Bill Shelton, and the guest apartment was added in 1974 for his daughter. This home has been completely renovated. We are located within walking distance of Slow Burn Coffee, Rumor Pizza, Golden Crown Panaderia, Marble Brewery, Tiguex Park, Old Town, Explora, the local famer’s market, Lowes Grocery Store, and Civic Plaza.
