“We needed some time away from the city and to change up our pandemic-lockdown life. Dylan's place was the perfect country getaway. It is in a rural community, but not far from the amenities we needed (groceries, restaurants, and Rita's Ice!). The house was spacious enough for our two young boys, with good wi-fi signal for all our school and work from home tasks. We enjoyed barbecuing on the grill and, most of all, eating meals on the covered patio. The sunsets were amazing. We cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen is well-stocked with most everything we needed. The Weis supermarket is only a few miles away. If you're from the big city, I highly recommend Dylan's house for some quality time in the beautiful, rolling hills of Pennsylvania.”
Beautiful house on a hill with 5000 sq house. 5 BR plus an additional BR in the basement ( total 6 BR ) and 3 1/5 BR with HEATED INDOOR POOL AND AN XL OUTDOOR HOT TUB suited for 10 people, game Room, theater with 110 in screen for movies, XL deck for BBQ, fire pit. 10 min away from Blue Mountain Ski . We do not accept parties over 12 pp ( kids count). Close to ski, water park and etc. WE DONT ALLOW OUT DOOR NOISE , no out door activity AFTER 11 pm , We have indoor pool for that .
“Fantastic home and host. Pool and hot tub was pre heated so we could jump right in as soon as we got there. The pool room has a sound system that create the perfect vibe. Huge mountain runs off the back of the Hot tub to make beautiful sunsets. Kitchen perfect for entertaining and very open for multiple cooks. Movie room worked flawless with surround sound and display. Extremely clean. Ten out of ten. Would not hesitate to book this home again.”
Completely private ground level basement apartment with separate entrance within owner's residence. Living room with pullout couches and TV for relaxing and watching movies in front of electric fireplace. Spacious area features a separate bedroom and bathroom, use of washer/dryer. Kitchen area offers refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, oatmeal and small snacks.
“Wayne and Jill are very nice and have a beautiful apartment. The pictures are accurate and you do get good value for the price. Even though they live upstairs you can barely hear anything. I forgot people were actually up there most of the trip. It’s a beautiful area and the best part is the backyard. You can really see the stars very clearly at night. Also, the fire pit and outdoor seating to enjoy nature is a great touch. Thanks again Wayne and Jill.”
