Double studio with A/C and free parking

Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

The Barn at Cross Lodge

Unique barn conversion in the village of Walgrave, Northamptonshire. Originally the 200 year old building housed farm animals and in 2023 it was converted into a fully furnished property with underfloor heating, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and large floor space that can be used as a gym. There is private parking in the courtyard area with an outdoor dining table and grapevine backdrop which captures the sun all day long making it a lovely space to relax in. Any questions please ask. A light, spacious house near Balsall Common and Hampton-in-Arden in Solihull. The house has 3 large reception rooms and a fully equipped kitchen diner. It sleeps up to 15 people in 7 bedrooms, two of which can either be a king or 2 singles. Comfortable bedrooms all have en-suites, hotel standard bedding, towels and smart TVs. A very large, electric gated driveway for 10+ cars, Wi-fi and is perfect for large families, or groups to stay comfortably. We have recently added a games/movie room!

Come and spend time in our beautiful rustic Shepherd hut, where you can relax in the hot tub with our 3 lovely Alpacas or hang out with Piggy Pop and Stardust. Don't be put off by the weather; you can be wrapped in a blanket or toast marshmallows on the log fire, reading a book, or watching our indoor Cinema.
