The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

The Barn at Cross Lodge

Unique barn conversion in the village of Walgrave, Northamptonshire. Originally the 200 year old building housed farm animals and in 2023 it was converted into a fully furnished property with underfloor heating, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and large floor space that can be used as a gym. A light, spacious house near Balsall Common and Hampton-in-Arden in Solihull. The house has 3 large reception rooms and a fully equipped kitchen diner. It sleeps up to 15 people in 7 bedrooms, two of which can either be a king or 2 singles. Comfortable bedrooms all have en-suites, hotel standard bedding, towels and smart TVs. A very large, electric gated driveway for 10+ cars, Wi-fi and is perfect for large families, or groups to stay comfortably. We have recently added a games/movie room!

The tiny house is self contained and private with unique design for a quiet and comfortable stay. You’ll have your own bedroom/living space, shower/WC and a small kitchenette equipped for everything you would need. It’s perfect for short or longer stays or whilst working away from home. You can bring your pet dog for £20 fee. so please add this to your booking. Tiny house is independent from main house and private. Access to London is 15 minutes by train and city centre 2 minute walk
