Crestyl Cottage is a delightful self contained country cottage in Sarratt - providing the perfect place to relax, walk, cycle, birdwatch and fish for carp in our small private lake. Crestyl Cottage is a conversion of a redundant barn, originally used for watercress seed drying which has been converted into self catering holiday accommodation with wood fired hot tub.

We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Oak Tree Annexe is set in a secluded and secure walled garden. You can park for free directly outside the house and will be staying in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland. Our village pub is a 3 minute stroll, serves food 7 days a week and offers our guests a 10% discount on their meals.

The Pig Hut Escape to the privacy and tranquillity of The Pig Hut, our sole self contained Shepherd’s Hut in over an acre of its own land. The Pig Hut offers accommodation for two, on the banks of our picturesquely lit pond and overlooking our paddock to the rear. The Hut is on mains electricity, heated and is fully equipped with a kitchen oven/hob and en-suite bathroom. Fast WiFi. Guests also have the sole use of an outside electric hot tub with canopy.
