The Backyard Bungalow! Big Living; Small House

The Backyard Bungalow - featured on Portland's ADU tour - is the perfect hideaway amidst uncertain times. With its own secluded pathway, and detached from the main house, it offers as much privacy as desired. Once inside however, its 16ft vaulted ceiling and sunlit open-plan living area surprises with a sense of spaciousness and comfort. Its inner SE location is walking distance to Division St. restaurants and cafes, food carts, parks and playgrounds, as well as being a "biker's paradise".

Lovely, light-filled, peaceful, spacious, newly built sanctuary cottage w/small enclosed, private backyard in quaint neighborhood. Amenities: heated concrete floors, queen bed, washer/dryer, rain shower, skylights, wifi, parking, workspace, TV, kitchen, fan, air conditioner, shared hot tub. Walk/bike/bus to shops, bars & restaurants on Fremont & Sandy to enjoy the local fare and vibe. By car: 10 min to PDX, 5-7 min to Hollywood & Alberta Districts, 15-20 min to Downtown, Pearl, NW Districts.

Quiet + Modern + Clean: NE Portland

Our guest house was built brand new in 2018. It is clean (read the reviews!), quiet, very private and a perfectly appointed place to call "home" while visiting in Portland. All the ameninities to make your stay easy - full kitchen, compact washer/dryer and air-conditioning. Lots of natural light from 3 large skylights - sleep masks provided for late sleepers. The location has easy access to freeways, PDX airport (15 min.), and bike ways. Self check-in and free street parking always available.

Little Cedar House Cottage near coffee and shops

5 year old detached guest house in Laurelhurst/North Tabor. Bright and spacious with vaulted cedar ceilings. Modern Industrial style with many eco-friendly features such as mini-split heat/ac, tankless water heater, and all-natural fiber area rugs and linens means fewer toxins and a low carbon footprint. Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.

An open 850 sq ft. studio w/ a queen bed, living space with a modern smart TV & gas fireplace, bar/kitchenette, private entrance & bathroom. The space is intended for solo travelers only. I live in the Richmond neighborhood & am located 1 block from 37th & Division Street, which is surrounded by great restaurants & shops. My home is a 1910 Bungalow & I’ve owned it for 30 years. This beautiful, hidden gem is centrally located in inner NE Portland. Walking distance to the Hollywood Transit Center Providence Hospital, Hollywood Farmer’s Market, Trader Joe’s, Whole Food Grocery Store and several eateries, the Treehouse is perfect for guests wanting to explore Portland on foot. The Treehouse is a fully detached unit located behind the main residence. It includes a separate bedroom with bathroom, full kitchen and large private deck to relax and enjoy a drink.

Built in 2019, this architecturally-designed space is warm and modern, with good natural light for a comfortable home base during your travels. We’re located on a quiet street in the King/Sabin neighborhood that’s just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, parks and a grocery store down the street.
