Like a little hotel room, this queen-bed suite is ideal for 1 or 2 who would like an entirely separate space, but don't need a full kitchen. The room features microwave, mini-fridge, teakettle & basic flatware - ideal for simple breakfasts or reheated leftovers.

Modern Industrial style with many eco-friendly features such as mini-split heat/ac, tankless water heater, and all-natural fiber area rugs and linens means fewer toxins and a low carbon footprint. Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.

Soundproofed from the rest of the house for everyone's maximum comfort. Perfect for relaxing in a eco-clean environment. We are graduate students, gardeners, musicians, artists and teachers. We share the property with our 9 y.o. and one land-mate. You may run into any one of us and occasionally our friends/fam.

We’ve outfitted a full kitchen, full bathroom with luxurious tub and plush towels, a bedroom with a queen mattress and soft bedding, washer and dryer, and lots of extra touches.
