Great place, follow the instructions to get there, I ended up getting lost by not following. The palace of the arts is a gate painting, watch out for that. Marília was great at the reception, and gave great tips, remembering that it is close to Bay of the Dolphins, and the closest tourist proximity is clearly the chapadão, being the closest place. Pipa is a quiet place, the apartment is clean, has air conditioning, great for couples, with a great bathroom. That said, the place is great, Pipa is quiet, there were no difficulties so much in safety, comfort, access to the beaches or choice of restaurants, and the place that Marília offers is perfect. Whoever has a projector to complete the night is great, and the only need is toiletries (soap, shampoo, brush and paste), the rest is offered.

Better than we expected!! The place surprised us. We rent for a month because of a course in BSB. It was our home! about the chalet: everything very well equipped, the kitchen has the very good oven, the stove of an electric mouth served us well because we eat most of the time outside, but when we need to make food at home everything went right. A super positive point is that they leave several things in the refrigerator then you arrive and already have cold drinks at a super fair price. the place is very beautiful!! in the photos can not have the dimension of how beautiful the space is and the condominium. super wooded, safe, with a beautiful garden to walk. We took our little dog and she was very happy in this whole place. The people of the place are amazing, all very dear!! They became part of our daily lives! Cleaning is very good and weekly. The condominium is in the south park then to the standards of BSB "near" the airport, about 10 minutes by car and about 20 minutes from the south wing. I highly recommend!

The stay was really wonderful! Paloma is a super receptive host, polite and kind! In addition to being a lot of requests and always available! The house is perfect, the location is perfect, in a super quiet region of the village which is great to rest! And at the same time it is close to the busiest region of the village and the beach too!! In Jeri we do everything on foot, so it's super quiet to get a little further away from the busiest parts of the main streets! We went in 4 people and the space became comfortable and supplied everything we needed! We will definitely return!!

Large, comfortable house ideal for families on vacation, exceeded our expectations!

My husband and I stayed in Jen’s place for 11 days and we would’ve happily stayed for a month! The location is perfect - right on the quadrado but in a tiny community in a green oasis with a beautiful shared pool. The house was spotless, lovely and comfortable. (I found the house to be slightly larger than what the photos indicated.) What stood out, in addition to the location, was the quality of the support. Jen was easy to communicate with, but once we arrived, we were pampered by Ale for concierge services and Zilda for our house cleaning and breakfast. I cannot emphasize how lovely Zilda was - she arrived every morning with a great big smile and made a spectacular breakfast and looked after the house all with good cheer. She did not speak English, but regardless, she was easy to communicate with. Fabulous spot!

Extremely clean and organized house, many cutlery and kitchen utensils available including mto good fridge. The space quietly houses 4 people, ventilator in the living room and air-conditioning in all the rooms oq left the experience even better, I was surprised because it is even better in the photos. Quiet Neighborhood and the place is not far from the center if you go by car but for those who like a walk will be quiet as well. We very much liked the house, problems I had were related only to the city 🥰

I spent unforgettable days in house 2. It is cozy, very clean, comfortable, the impeccable beds that have afforded us perfect nights of sleep. Everything is designed for the comfort of guests. Patricia is a very attentive and helpful host. She responds quickly, gave us directions to restaurants, markets and pharmacies and even made the check-out flexible. I highly recommend your accommodation and hope to return more often.

I stayed with my family and we all really liked it! The flat is beautiful, clean and well organized! The super attentive host, and the great communication. It still left some pampering for us at the flat. We'll definitely be back at another time!
