Unique loqhouse with lakeview near city center

This modern, unique log house was completed in 2020 as a home for a family of five. The living room's high ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows make the living room very bright. The northern lights have also been admired from the sofa in the living room. Natural materials guarantee that it is good to breathe and be in the house. The location is optimal, just over 5 minutes from the center and 15 minutes from the airport/ Santa's village. Getting there by public transport is also possible.

High quality riverside cottage

The cabin is located 30 km from the city center of Rovaniemi on the river side of the Kemijoki. Our cabin accommodates six guests and features: - 2x sauna - A fully equipped kitchen - Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, salt, pepper, and olive oil provided - A washing machine and dryer - Electric sauna inside of the house is free to use. The cabin is 30-minute drive from the airport. Thid is a great and peacefull place to spot auroras. Note that the hot tub is available only from May to September

If you are looking for a place next to river and nature this is your target! This cozy house built on 1970's suits really well for families (5 bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom and 2 toilets). The whole house is in your free use. The river is only 18 meters away from the house. We are not offering luxury apartment but instead something better. We offer cozy, spacious and relaxing oldfashion countryside house with excellent hiking, fishing, berry-picking and ice fishing possibilities.

Studio apartment by the river with a swimming pool

Welcome to the city of Santa Claus! This lovely apartment is a good choice for Rovaniemi vacation for a couple. The flat is located close to the Rovaniemi city center. Only 5 minutes' walk to the Christmas Street, malls and restaurants. In the evening you should take a walk in the nearby Kemijoki-river. Kemijoki is a perfect place to see Northern Lights. There is possibility to swim in the swimming pool every morning. After that relax in deluxe soft bed and watch Netflix.

Rivitalohuoneisto Oulussa

Tervetuloa tilavaan (115 m2) rivitalon päätyasuntoon, joka tarjoaa kaikki mukavuudet rentouttavalle lomalle! Asunnosta löytyy kesäkäytössä oleva uima-allas, kaksi vessaa ja puusauna sekä iso piha ja terassi. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu. Ilmainen pysäköinti useammalle autolle! Asunnossa on yksi parisängyllinen huone (levitettävä laverisänky) ja kaksi huonetta, joissa yhden hengen sängyt. Lisäksi saatavilla kaksi patjaa. Asunnolta Oulun keskustaan noin 3 km.

Viihtyisä vierasmaja saunalla

Tule rentoutumaan tähän rauhalliseen majapaikkaan. Majoituksessa pääset hyppäämään saunasta uima-altaaseen (toukokuu-syyskuu), voit viritellä tulet ulos nuotiopaikalle tai vain rentoutua kahvi- tai teekupin äärellä. Läheltä löydät mahtavat ulkoilumaastot. Kaakkurin liikuntamaan ulkokuntosali ja kuntoportaat löytyvät läheltä. Myös hiihtoladut ja maastopyöräreitit menevät aivan vierestä. Erikseen vuokrattavissa kaksi sähköavusteista aikuisten maastopyörä.

Alakerran kruunaa yhtenäinen keittiö, ruokailutila ja olohuone, jossa 6m huonekorkeus ja kokonaan lasinen päätyseinä järvinäköalalla. Yläkerrassa yksi makuuhuone, wc sekä iso oleskelutila, joka on jaettu TV-tilaan ja oleskelutilaksi. Pihalla käytössä palju.
