Hytten ligger skjermet fra gården og langs Signaldalselven, der det går en tursti på 3 km som starter fra hytten. Northern lights rett utenfor hytta. kort vei til høyfjellet for ski/isklatring/ toppturer/fotturer/jakt og Nordlys opplevelser. Området hytten ligger på er et kjent sted for nordlysturister og man kan ta fine bilder av nordlyset med Otertinden i bakgrunnen.

Nydelig hytte i et fredelig område. Fantastisk utsikt over Rostadvannet, fra stuevindu nesten på stranda. Ferske egg kan kjøpes hos naboen. Beautiful cottage in a quiet area. Stunning view, Rosta lake in front and Rosta mountain behind the cottage. Northern ligths just outside the cottage. Close to Dividalen nationalpark with lots of places to walk in the nature, both summer and winter. A perfect place for relaxation and good experience in nature. Pets allowed, except cats and rabbits.

Lovely cottage in Svensby, Lyngen. Beautiful location 10 m from the sea, in the middle of the Lyngen Alps. Only 90 minutes drive from Tromsø, including a short ferry trip. Northern lights wintertimes, midnight sun summertimes. Spectacular hiking tours all year. Det kan nesten ikke beskrives - det må oppleves. Du bor på yttersida av eventyrøya Senja. Du kommer ikke nærmere naturen - med en glassfasade på nærmere 30 kvm har du følelsen av å sitte ute mens du sitter inne. Om det er midtnattsol eller nordlys - det blir aldri kjedelig å se på havet, fjellene og dyrelivet langs Bergsfjorden. Hytta var ferdig høsten 2018 og har høy standard.
